It's a terrible place. The cafe opens at 9:00, but when we came to breakfast at the beginning of 11, it turned out that more than half of the menu was missing. Khachapuri, lamajo, barbecue, pies, pizza - there is nothing. The waitress serves you with such an air, such a tone, as if she is doing you a favor. The menu takes a long time to carry, and the food takes even longer. The food is for three, the portions are normal. But the most interesting part awaits you when you pay the bill. In our case, they brought a check, we paid in cash, but no one was going to carry the change. The waitress takes the jar with the check and money and continues to have a leisurely conversation with colleagues while we wait for the change. Even when we got up from the table, the waitress came over to clear the dishes, but she didn't bring the change. It was only after my hit-and-run question that they gave me my money with a displeased face. They definitely don't deserve tips for their work, apparently, they "knock out" a tip in this way. And all this, even though my husband and I were Armenian, it's scary to imagine how they cheat and behave with tourists. The place is terrible, and it's completely unclear what it's based on. Personal recommendation, walk 15 minutes to the center in Atsatun, a huge menu, incredibly tasty, large portions, adequate service and a very budget price tag.

It's not a bad place. It's nice to be there - to eat and work. It was clean, cozy, and most importantly delicious (I liked the rather large Adjarian khachapuri and latte - not everywhere in the city there is just such coffee). Friendly service. A beautiful waitress named Yeranui quickly took the order. And her colleague Susanna turned out to be no less fast - both girls were like a rocket, they did not keep themselves waiting. And the minutes of waiting for an order with soft music were brightened up by watching passers-by from the large panoramic windows, making this cafe bright and pleasant to be in. And not only in the hall itself. I will note the spacious clean toilet. And most importantly, the convenient location is in close proximity to the center (at the beginning of the Textile district).

The kitchen is a solid 4, but the prices are very reasonable. I dined in the hall and ordered at home. There is indeed a small issue with the service in the hall, I need to remind you, and everything is neatly packed in a bag, in a piece of paper and napkins. I do not want to put a low rating, due to the fact that the prices are quite low and the service is more or less normal. I was there once... I say right away if you've ever eaten real Khachapuri in Adjarian, then they don't know how to cook it here, no matter how old. I think I'll go there a couple more times to try other positions. The atmosphere is cozy, the toilet is clean and pleasant. A good bonus is that the kitchen is open, it's interesting to watch. The waiting time is acceptable.

But the quality of service is appalling. Below I share my experience of how to behave if someone still decides to visit this institution. In short, walk 5-7 minutes closer to the center and save an hour of time by getting the best service for the same money. 1) If you just come and sit at a table, you can sit for half an hour while the waitress brings the menu. 2) It is much more effective to approach and take the menu yourself and sit down at a table after that. But you can still wait half an hour for the order to be accepted. 3) In order not to wait, after choosing the dishes, start running after the waitresses! They can hide in the kitchen or chat with the cashier guys without paying attention to you. Just raising your hand is not enough. 4) When making an order, specify how long the dish will be cooked. Once I waited for soup for 50 minutes. And it was cold, it had been cooked for a long time, but the waitress had forgotten about it. There were problems with the salad and even with the tea. 5) When you have eaten, do not wait, but immediately go to the counter to the cashier and ask for payment. Especially if you pay with a card. Otherwise, you will wait for the invoice to be brought, then wait for the terminal to be brought for payment. 6) CAREFULLY!!! check the account. They cheat, they cheat. Once they explained this to me by saying that "the menu has the old price, but the new one is higher." Naturally, at the time of ordering, the waitress did not say anything about it (or maybe she did not know). If you take takeaway dishes, check what they put there and how they are packed. The service is always with such faces, as if we are the enemies of the people. There is no reaction at all to the friendly "Good afternoon!", "Thank you very much!", "You have a very tasty meal today!" The waitress just turns around and goes somewhere. We have not seen this in any country!
