I booked in advance, arrived, nothing was ready, waited 2 hours, eventually asked to pay with a card, they didn't give me any other option. I went to get a map, came back and waited for about an hour again, eventually they showed me a car that was dead, with dirty seats, a terrible smell, I decided to take what I had, because the car was urgently needed. But this time they asked me to pay using the link)))))))))))) I don't have that option, so I replied, to which I heard, "there's another customer waiting there, we're giving him the car." In general, I don't advise anyone, it's a waste of time, they take it poorly, they don't answer for words, with such huge competition and this behavior is very strange to me)))
