I am discussing from the company on the VMI program. Terrible service, getting worse every year. You've been waiting for 20 minutes, as if they already want to weed out some of the customers here. There is no customer orientation. I'll come up with a lot of reasons to refuse service to you. If possible, do not insure yourself in this organization!

I came to Minsk City mall on 02/04/2024. No one is on site (everything is working according to the schedule) Computers are open, like someone is at work. The number indicated on the business card is answered by a woman who does not work here at all 😀 And now attention , the time is 15:15 , the graffiti works until 21:00 , a girl came and said there was only one policy left 😀 Two of us came for insurance.A curtain. I've never insured myself and I won 't 🙏
