Convenient location, metro in 5 minutes on foot, shopping center, (analogous to Auchan) old town museum with a beautiful embankment. The area is clean, the hotel is renovated, the furniture is new, the rooms are large enough. The robes are cool. Cleaning is offered daily. The windows are open, many hotels don't have that, just air conditioning. But there was constant noise from the street).

I am extremely disappointed with the Grand Ambassador Hotel. I booked a room through Booking.com at the officially published price, and the reservation has been confirmed. However, the hotel behaved completely unprofessionally: 12 hours after the confirmation, they demanded an additional payment of 1000 AED per night, citing a "technical error", and tried to transfer communication from the platform. Booking.com on WhatsApp, they put my reservation in the status of forced cancellation with threats of a fine, and unilaterally changed the dates of my booking to completely different ones, without my consent. consents and notifications. These actions are manipulative and violate the rules. Booking.com and they completely ignore the guest's rights. I have not cancelled and I am not going to cancel the reservation on my part. The hotel shows disrespect to the guests, does not comply with the rules of the platform and creates an extremely stressful and unfair booking situation. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects honest and professional service.

Clean, there is everything you need - a refrigerator, a kettle and accessories, a TV. Minus in the entrance doors of the rooms. There are carpets in the corridors, but there is a ventilation window in the doors, which is not closed. When people slam doors and make noise, it feels like they're in your room.
