Apparently I came across the same saleswoman as the comment below. Since I didn't have my phone with me, I didn't know the exact time and went into the department at 9:57, opening hours from 10:00, the door was open. From the doorway, without greeting, without polite treatment, they said in a raised tone that the store was actually still closed!
