It's a terrible place! Everything is old and smelly. In some rooms, the air conditioning does not work, and the refrigerator does not work either. TVs from the USSR, only local channels, and then 2-3 channels. Wi-Fi is a separate sore topic, 1 stick and rejoice, and then when, consider it gone. The bed linen has not been updated for probably 10 years. I've been to many budget hotels, but this one is a living hell!

It's nice, everything works, the food is delicious, there is a bus stop nearby, the bed is comfortable, there is no noise, the furniture is clean, the water is hot, the air conditioner is working, I am very satisfied!!Soft, clean and comfortable!

Plus: It's a very cool location. Nearby is the Union metro station, an interchange hub. There is a marina on Dubai Creek within walking distance to get to the other shore by water. The staff is polite and helpful. All requests were fulfilled sooo quickly. Minus: it's time to make cosmetic repairs at the hotel.
