This place is very welcoming for all ages and genders. I’ve been visiting this for more than 6 months, and recently started to practice group session of deep stretch yoga with Amit, spine care with Vibindas and ashtanga with Shashank. All trainers are professionals and will correct your posture even when the session is popular with 20 students at the same time! Trainees can apply additional pressure if you like, or leave you without touches to practice at your own flexibility. The place has its own mobile app, through which you can book next session and buy new pass. Finally, receptionists of Yoga Ashram are available through WhatsApp and respond within a minute! Excellent service, and very welcoming atmosphere. One thing – please get back cucumber water! :) it was nice and refreshing, but now cooler comes without cucumber which is a little less refreshing 🤷‍♂️
