I sat at a dirty table for 10 minutes, but no waiters came to serve us. I’m disappointed and would not recommend this place. After waiting, we decided to leave and went to another restaurant for a great dinner.

We visit this place periodically when we are in Dilijan - a convenient location near the gg shuttle stop, a cool interior, a pleasant view from the window, clean, friendly staff, you can wash your hands in the toilet with hot water (not everywhere such luxury is available). There is also a delivery. My boyfriend and I don't eat meat, there are several suitable options on the menu, including for vegans, but I would like more. As for the taste of the food, it's how you get there. For example, on December 30, we had pizza and stewed vegetables with parmesan cheese for dinner here. I really liked the pizza with mushrooms and bechamel sauce, sea buckthorn tea. The brownie with ice cream categorically did not come in - it was dry, very sweet, and did not look like brownies at all. On January 18, we ordered a mushroom and vegetarian pizza for lunch - they differed only in the presence of vegetables (in the photo, the halves are on the same plate). The cheese is tasteless and cheap, and they didn'T put bechamel sauce in the mushroom room at all (the difference is visible in the photo from 30.12). I really hope that this was an exception due to the shift, and the kitchen did not deteriorate completely, because before there was the best pizza in Dilijan. P.S. I also want more clothes hangers in the hall, there was nothing at all to the right of the entrance, it is extremely inconvenient in winter.

A cozy cafe on the beach in the center of Dilijan. We ran in, hiding from the rain and hoping to wait out the bad weather. My friend ordered hot soup, and we ordered hot tea with ginger. Surprisingly, the tea turned out to be so bright, rich, and real ginger!!! Warmed up perfectly. Everything is cooked very well.

One of the best places in Dilijan. A beautiful and atmospheric place on the shore of the lake. Delicious food, friendly staff, a good range of dishes, including breakfasts for every taste. The young guys work and provide good and high-quality service. I would like to note how reverently they treat the details here: the design of the menu, the napkins under the plates, the napkins themselves, everything is done with taste and soul. It's very pleasant to be in the cafe and I don't want to leave at all.

I'll give this institution a C. Good atmosphere, pleasant staff. I didn't like the fact that the coffee arrived before the meal. That is, he had time to cool down a little when the food arrived. We had cheesecakes and bruschetta with ricotta for breakfast. The cheesecakes were not bad, I liked that they added lemon zest. But the bruschetta wasn't exactly delicious. Maybe for an amateur , of course .

I took borscht, it was bad. I didn't touch the meat in it, you just can't eat it. Coffee is also on the order of three. So I'll give you an advance rating for the view from the windows and the pleasant atmosphere in general. UPD After 2 years, I raise it to 5 points. They fixed the borscht, and the coffee became good too. And this is the only place in the city with really stable service that you can always count on - even on January 1st!

As I understood it, at some tables (I was just sitting at one, by the window, see the photo of the sticker. UPD: it turns out that Yandex did not accept this photo for some reason, so take my word for it) they ask not to use a laptop, but there are tables where you can work by ordering a cup of coffee. I also learned from the sign on the table that very young people are specially hired here to give them the opportunity to become more independent and mature.

It was cold!) We kept warm as much as we could. The service is standard. The dishes are mediocre. The meat is a little harsh, apparently it didn't have time to marinate. Crayfish neck cradles taste like regular chicken cradles, they don't smell like crayfish. In fact, price/quality are not adjacent.
