We reached the office, there were 2 people in front of us. We waited for our turn and went in. The employee looked at him from head to toe with a dissatisfied look, began to rudely ask whose turn it was. He was not satisfied with my answer that it was ours. He asked twice more in a raised tone. It's a disgrace!
