Visiting Waikiki left an extremely unpleasant impression due to the frankly unprofessional and boorish attitude of the staff. When I asked for help, I heard "I don't have time," even though the employee was just standing there talking to another person. When asked to tell me who to contact, the answer was "I don't know who you want." The question arises: why is there a staff in the hall at all, if the client is forced to look for someone who will deign to serve him? This attitude is not just bad service, but complete disrespect for customers. If employees are not ready to perform their duties, they may not have a place in the service industry. Extremely disappointed. I have no desire to come back and recommend this store anymore
