Staff not attentive. We have been ignored for 35 minutes, despite calling 3 different waiters that have kept saying they are coming right away. Tried to go to the bar in the end for self service, only to be sent back to the table. Very rude,disrespectful. The waiter tried to charge 50 lira extra, didn’t present the bill. When asked said just give 50 lira less. The only thing good is the location and the view.

The prices are a little too high and do not correspond to those indicated at the entrance counter. Delicious desserts, but very expensive and for a tourist destination. Tea usually costs 20 litas everywhere, but here it's 75. I placed an order at the entrance to the cafe and immediately asked how much they would charge me. I sat down at a table and after eating, they brought me a bill, where they wanted to charge me another 300 lira for the service, saying that by sitting down at the table and ordering from the menu, you agree to this fee. Fortunately, I managed to figure out that I did not order from the menu, but from the showcase, and they charged me only for my order without service. But the impression is spoiled

This is my favorite place in Istanbul, not in terms of food and drinks, but in terms of atmosphere and views. I highly recommend having a cup of coffee here with a view of the Bosphorus, soaring seagulls and the sounds coming from mosques during prayer! Aesthetic enjoyment will be guaranteed!

Saat Kule Kafeterya is located on the shore of the Bosphorus, near the Dolmabahce Clock Tower. The cafe seemed quite decent on the whole. "Saat Kule kafe" at Dolmabahce Palace. The tables are a couple of meters from the Bosphorus Strait, and the prices are surprisingly humane for such a place. There is breakfast and wi-fi. Delicious coffee and ice cream. We liked it here. In order to have a cup of coffee with a wonderful view, the place is great! The cat jumped onto our table. And then I went to the neighbors.

We waited 45 minutes for one ordered dish! Spoiler alert: We never got there. They left hungry. It's a tourist destination, and the staff doesn't speak English. When we asked, "When will the food arrive?" they answered, "No problem," and ran away! If it were possible to put a minus 10, we would have given such an estimate. I do not recommend it!
