Everything is quite good for REO GAI. There are bathrooms, a waiting room, a cafe (delicious croissants with fish, delicious natural coffee). And only 4 registration windows always work out of 6 or 7. Up to 150 queue before lunch, all the rest after. There is a limit on coupons of 250 or 280 per day. Sharing the rights of individual windows is fast. There is a bank branch for payment

The department is working fast. Thanks to the staff, they really try very hard to help. We arrived for re-registration at 8 a.m., at 12 we were already with a new certificate. But there is a caveat.
There are no consultants. There is also no place to read a clear algorithm of actions, what to take / pay where and when. I would like to see this improved 🙏🏼
First of all, if you are going to re—register, get in line for reconciliation. After checking, go up to the 3rd floor and take a ticket for submitting documents. If you have Internet banking, you can pay for everything on the spot in the window: payments come instantly to the database, and do not require printing.
If it is not possible to pay via online banking, then take two coupons: first to the cashier, then to the application.
There are limits on the issuance of new driver's licenses (150 people in the morning), so here anyone is lucky. You may have to drive a couple of times.
Inside there is an insurance department, a toilet and a cafe. There is no problem with parking, if you do not fit near the business center, there is additional Parking at the bottom

A traffic police officer indicated the wrong mass of t/s, which created a big problem later when applying for registration of t/s.
Next, we went up to the 3rd floor, we were met there by a huge number of people on an electronic queue. We stood for 10 minutes until we realized why the queue was not moving. It turns out that the limit on the number of people was exceeded and coupons were simply not issued. People just stood there and didn't understand what was going on. Fortunately, one brave man went to deal with this problem. As a result, a brave man asked what it was, to which he was answered: "I can't do anything, I've given out so many coupons, I've given out so many." A brave man suggested: "So type on the sheet in letters that while the machine does not issue coupons, please arrange on a first-come, first-served basis,"
To which he was answered: "They did not answer anything!"
I am completely disappointed with the quality of the service. I will not recommend going there to anyone.
