Bought a HP 581 printer a few days ago and got the warranty. I then followed the manual to configure it but upon finishing the setup, the printer gave me this attached error (E3), meaning paper jam. When I took it back, I was told they can’t replace the printer because I installed the ink. Which I don’t understand how can I test the functionality without putting the ink. I’m stuck with a 400AED printer that Safeer is not willing to fix. The technical team doesn’t even know how much about it either. Super frustrating!
