I've bought gadgets from this store several times. My last purchase on May 26, 2025 was a tablet. The price tag said that a 10,000 mA powerbank was provided as a gift. At that time, it was not available, they promised to bring it to me within two weeks and give it back. A month later, I went to them myself, the consultant brought a 5000 mA battery and began to assure me that it was stated there. I wrote on instagram @mecta.kz . The store director contacted me, at first he practically accused me of lying, starting to assure me that 5000 mA was written there, I suggested that he check the cameras and make sure. As a result, he admitted that a 10,000 mA battery was offered as a gift. He promised to bring it and give it to me. And the cart is still there… Not a reputable Dream Store - if you're not going to keep your promises, then just don't promise. Why did your employees specify a 5000 mA battery in the receipt? they explained it to me by saying that they were mistaken. For me, this battery is a matter of principle and an indicator of your attitude towards customers at such a difficult time for trading.
