We stayed at this hotel in Dubai with Dad and were absolutely delighted. To begin with, the entire hotel staff is incredibly polite, good-natured and always ready to help in any situation. You can feel it from the first minutes of your stay. We chose the hotel based on economy, as prices in Dubai were very high during the New Year holidays. The hotel, located near Al Maktoum Airport, turned out to be the best option for us. At the same time, we did not feel any discomfort or "incompleteness" at all — the hotel had absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. Nutrition is beyond praise. Excellent breakfasts and lunches, very varied and delicious food, we were absolutely delighted. During the meals, the staff constantly approached, asked if everything was okay, offered drinks, and the service was top—notch. The availability of free buses to the metro, the beach (Marina) and the shopping center was also a big plus. Despite the fact that the hotel is not in the center, it was possible to get there without any problems. Buses run for free (by appointment for 1 day, you need to register at the reception) at 12:00 and at 15:00. However, we used a taxi more often — a trip to the center cost about 100-120 dirhams. The rooms in the hotel are very nice and fully equipped: there is an iron, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel always smells very nice, which creates a special atmosphere of comfort. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool with warm water. On those days when we didn't want to go to the beach, we stayed quietly at the hotel, sunbathed and enjoyed our vacation. I would like to mention the staff once again — everyone is always smiling, sincerely trying to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. We had absolutely no problems during our stay. In the end, I can say that the price-quality ratio here is simply excellent. If it's important for you to live in the city center, this hotel may not be suitable. But if location does not play a key role, but comfort, service, food and a reasonable price are important, then this is an excellent choice.

The hotel at Al Maktoum Airport left a good impression. The location is very convenient, the terminal is only a 7-minute drive away, there is a grocery store, a coffee shop and a barbershop nearby (in 5 minutes). The rooms are clean and tidy. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, and I had a good rest after the flight. There is a swimming pool. Breakfast (and other meals) pleased with the variety, there are options for different tastes. It is especially pleasant that iftar is served during Ramadan: it is delicious and varied! I recommend it as a reliable and comfortable option for a stop near the airport.

The coolest service! All the staff is kind and polite. They will always help, despite the language barrier. The hotel is perfectly clean, fast elevators, frequent cleaning. Heated swimming pool 155cm deep. Conveniently, there is a supermarket nearby where you can buy food and stuff. Although the hotel has a chic buffet for every taste, a sea of different meats, seafood (for lunch), the waiters always keep your table clean, take away excess dishes. We only had breakfast included, so we went to lunch for an additional fee. 75 dirhams (1,500 ₽) per person, and I ate like in a good restaurant and to the brim.

The holiday hotel chain was familiar to me only from cities in Russia. But this is my first time in Dubai, and from the very first minute, the atmosphere of the staff struck me to the core. Arthur , an employee , checked in at the reception , and his customer orientation is beyond praise . The whole hotel smells delicious, there is a gym and a spa area, everything you need in the rooms, an iron + ironing board and a full set of hygiene supplies. The view from the window is gorgeous. It 's about an hour 's drive to the center . Convenient and comfortable , I recommend it , and I 'll be back .

There is a free transfer to the airport, comfortable rooms, excellent bedding, pleasant interior, clean, you can pay in dollars and euros at a normal exchange rate. There is a swimming pool and fitness which is included in the room rate. Cons: there is no 24-hour support, the concierge room is turned off from 8 PM to 8:30 AM, poor noise insulation between the rooms, only the airport infrastructure is nearby, nothing else In general, I recommend the hotel if there is no need to travel far into the city.

A wonderful hotel, I am familiar with the chain of these hotels that exist all over the world. Once we vacationed in Thailand, in Phuket at a Holiday Inn. The situation is such that our flight was delayed for 10 hours, we were all accommodated in this wonderful hotel. It is just 5 minutes from Dubai's Al Maktoum Airport. I was very happy to spend those hours there. And enjoy the beauty and hospitality. The room was incomparable, the cleanliness was perfect. The furniture is new, the bed is a fairy tale. And the room has a shower and a bathroom , it's all done so beautifully and efficiently. I wanted to stay there more. The dinner was great, varied and everything was delicious. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. I didn't have time to look at the territory. But the service itself, the rooms, the food, everything was 100%.

A good hotel: clean, pleasant, the room was a suite, chic, slept well, the bed was high. The room even had a kitchen with accessories, a large refrigerator. The only thing was there was no hair dryer. I would like to mention the restaurant separately: the food is at least a little Europeanized for the hotel guests, but it was very tasty. A professional buffet, an abundance of dishes, sooo liked the baked fish. What surprised me was that the entire dinner process is controlled by the chefs themselves. It is located near the airport, but very far from the city, but once a day there is a shuttle service, runs like clockwork. Of the minuses- the transfer returns at 22.30- the end time of dinner is very inconvenient, I had to beg the girl at the reception so as not to stay hungry, for which I thank her very much. Otherwise, everything is great.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, cool modern rooms, BUT... transport accessibility at the lowest level is the only bus running according to the schedule to the expo 2020 metro, from which you can get to the center. And yes, with such transfers, you can get to the center in just over an hour.. If you check into this hotel, then you definitely need to rent a car, otherwise you will spend a lot of time on the road. Of the advantages - rooms, staff, swimming pool (not deep - 1.2 m, but for sunbathing and cooling off - that's the thing) And be sure to take the hotel at least with breakfast, otherwise you will stupidly splurge on them - 95 dirhams for breakfast (at the rate of 25.5 per ruble - almost 2500, and the buffet is quite poor)

I had to wait in Dubai for a couple of days, it turned out that the hotel near the airport is the best offer for an adult and two children, booking and payment via Yandex on the eve of the day of check-in. Unfortunately, we could not offer a room with two beds and for non-smokers. There is a supermarket and a cafe across the street.

The rooms are modern, comfortable, and beautiful - the only negative is the European socket for one double room. I really liked the hotel, lovely and courteous staff, large bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean, free shuttle service to the city (the last one departs at 15:30 from the hotel), transfer to Al Maktoum airport at any time (literally 3 minutes drive). We stayed at this hotel for one night. Of the attractions, only the desert is around. We chose it because the flight was from Al Maktoum airport in the morning. The hotel itself and the staff are not bad. I would like to note the responsiveness of the Salman and Jovelyn hotel staff. But I took off the star for the fact that we arrived at 10 a.m. on August 24, and left the hotel at 6 a.m. the next day, we had to pay 100 dirhams for the settlement. They explained the rules of settlement. But logically speaking, then they should compensate us for 6 hours that we did not live there. And besides, the hotel also squeezed the breakfast (we saved). Minus. For example, with the same check-in rules, we arrived at the Hotel Palace Dawntown from August 6 to August 7 just as early and were immediately provided with a room. The level of the hotel is higher and the service culture is correspondingly higher. The Holiday Inn hotel takes advantage of transfer passengers, their fatigue on the previous flight, and therefore does not make concessions. It's a pity!!!! But there are two more hotels next to you, which are also very close to the airport and I think many people will think which one to choose.
