A good hotel: clean, pleasant, the room was a suite, chic, slept well, the bed was high. The room even had a kitchen with accessories, a large refrigerator. The only thing was there was no hair dryer. I would like to mention the restaurant separately: the food is at least a little Europeanized for the hotel guests, but it was very tasty. A professional buffet, an abundance of dishes, sooo liked the baked fish. What surprised me was that the entire dinner process is controlled by the chefs themselves. It is located near the airport, but very far from the city, but once a day there is a shuttle service, runs like clockwork. Of the minuses- the transfer returns at 22.30- the end time of dinner is very inconvenient, I had to beg the girl at the reception so as not to stay hungry, for which I thank her very much. Otherwise, everything is great.

A wonderful Hotel of the highest international class of service. A big advantage of this hotel is its proximity to Al Makhtoum Airport. The distance from the beaches and the very center of Dubai is compensated by the availability of a free shuttle ** round trip** at different time intervals * from morning to evening* , they are taken and picked up at certain *points* - they are in the information at the reception desk. Great hotel, very friendly staff, cool modern rooms, BUT... transport accessibility at the lowest level is the only bus running according to the schedule to the expo 2020 metro, from which you can get to the center. And yes, with such transfers, you can get to the center in just over an hour..
If you check into this hotel, then you definitely need to rent a car, otherwise you will spend a lot of time on the road.
Of the advantages - rooms, staff, swimming pool (not deep - 1.2 m, but for sunbathing and cooling off - that's the thing)
And be sure to take the hotel at least with breakfast, otherwise you will stupidly splurge on them - 95 dirhams for breakfast (at the rate of 25.5 per ruble - almost 2500, and the buffet is quite poor)

A nice hotel is beautiful. It is certainly far from the city, but you can get used to it. A wonderful hotel, I am familiar with the chain of these hotels that exist all over the world. Once we vacationed in Thailand, in Phuket at a Holiday Inn. The situation is such that our flight was delayed for 10 hours, we were all accommodated in this wonderful hotel. It is just 5 minutes from Dubai's Al Maktoum Airport. I was very happy to spend those hours there. And enjoy the beauty and hospitality. The room was incomparable, the cleanliness was perfect. The furniture is new, the bed is a fairy tale. And the room has a shower and a bathroom , it's all done so beautifully and efficiently. I wanted to stay there more. The dinner was great, varied and everything was delicious. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. I didn't have time to look at the territory. But the service itself, the rooms, the food, everything was 100%.

We stayed at the hotel for a day from 01/26/2025 to 01/27/2025. After the eviction, they found that they had forgotten their luxury sunglasses (bought on 01/26/2025 - the receipt was shown to the administrators)
We started calling the hotel's hotline continuously, they picked up the phone or dropped it, promised to check, and did not call back, they did not call back, they could not give us an answer until the evening, and then they stopped picking up the phone from our room altogether!!! We decided to come to the hotel at night and find out everything on the spot, arriving at the hotel, we turned to the guy in the lobby sitting at the table. He called someone for a long time and asked them to wait, assuring them that if we really forgot them, they have a bureau of forgotten things where everything is in one piece! After making long calls to someone, we were told that our glasses were missing!! I showed them the receipt and told them the exact place where I left them. My husband and I suggested that maybe our thing was at the cleaner, and we got an answer to that.: what can not be that all the things found are immediately handed over to the lost and found bureau!! To get rid of us somehow (it was 3 a.m. on the clock for a second), the guy took our number and said he would call us in the morning when he waited for the cleaner. He will call in any case, even if our item is not found until the morning. We left with at least a little hope.. Of course, no one called us this morning..
We went to this hotel again in the morning, my husband found out at the reception if our thing was found, they left him waiting.…
I decided to go up to the room where we rested 650, and find the cleaner there myself and find out!!! Together with the guests at the hotel, I took the elevator (you need a guest card for the elevator), found the cleaner, he came into the Room, opened an empty bag and took out my glasses in a case! I ran to my husband in joy, we got into the car and drove away, shocked by what had happened! When I opened the case in the car, I saw my new glasses, stained, and the case was scratched! Probably no one was going to hand them over to the lost and found office! And I don't know if they would have returned them to me if I hadn't gone up to his floor myself!!!I waited 2 days for a call from the hotel apologizing for what happened, but no one deigned to call!! These are the employees who work in hotels, whom we let into our rooms for cleaning!!! And the receptionists aren 't conscientious either!

I had to wait in Dubai for a couple of days, it turned out that the hotel near the airport is the best offer for an adult and two children, booking and payment via Yandex on the eve of the day of check-in. Unfortunately, we could not offer a room with two beds and for non-smokers. There is a supermarket and a cafe across the street.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Of the attractions, only the desert is around. We chose it because the flight was from Al Maktoum airport in the morning. The hotel itself and the staff are not bad. I would like to note the responsiveness of the Salman and Jovelyn hotel staff. But I took off the star for the fact that we arrived at 10 a.m. on August 24, and left the hotel at 6 a.m. the next day, we had to pay 100 dirhams for the settlement. They explained the rules of settlement. But logically speaking, then they should compensate us for 6 hours that we did not live there. And besides, the hotel also squeezed the breakfast (we saved). Minus. For example, with the same check-in rules, we arrived at the Hotel Palace Dawntown from August 6 to August 7 just as early and were immediately provided with a room. The level of the hotel is higher and the service culture is correspondingly higher.
The Holiday Inn hotel takes advantage of transfer passengers, their fatigue on the previous flight, and therefore does not make concessions. It's a pity!!!! But there are two more hotels next to you, which are also very close to the airport and I think many people will think which one to choose.

We had a rest in early February 2023.
The hotel is a solid four.
The staff is responsive and interested in guests. Communication is 90% in English (very fluent, not always understandable, but still English))). Decent food without frills. The only thing missing was drinks in the evening (tea, coffee).
Room cleaning is daily.
The hotel is located within walking distance from a small shopping center, where there is a supermarket with a good selection.
The F55 bus stop is also a 10-minute walk away, where you can get to EXPO 2020 (there you can walk around the exhibition or take the subway).
There is a daily scheduled shuttle service from the hotel (bus with a capacity of about 30 seats), which can take you to:
1. DIP Metro Station (Dubai Investments Park)
2. Batuta Mall
3. Dubai Marina Area
Be sure to take a Euro plug adapter with you (there are none at the reception).
In general, the hotel is more suitable for a business trip or for those who are not bothered by the distance from the center of Dubai.

A very nice hotel with decent and beautiful rooms, where there is everything from a kettle to an ironing board. If breakfast or dinner is included, then there is a huge buffet with a large selection of delicious food. There is Emaar South Village nearby, it's a walk through the ring, five minutes walk. There's quite a decent supermarket and two small coffee shops - you can buy food.
Near Al-Mactoum airport. In general, the hotel was opened for him. The airport should become the main one to Dubai, but Covid suspended the process. To get to the airport, you can request a free shuttle at the reception.
The hotel is very isolated, but you can get to the city by free shuttles organized by the hotel itself. The schedule can be viewed at the reception, I will attach a photo, but it is quite possible that it has changed. Or the second working option is to take a bus to the expo2020 metro station. The bus runs every half hour. The schedule can be viewed on Google maps. Payment by transport cards (as in the subway). It takes about 30 minutes to get to the metro (and back). In any case, by metro from expo2020 to the center for another 30-40 minutes. You can get there by taxi (30-40 dirhams to the metro). In general, the location is not the best. But if you are flying through Al-Mactoum airport, then it may turn out to be quite a working option.

The biggest disadvantage is the location. Very far from the center of Dubai.

Cool hotel in the wrong place. But we were lucky. We came for the Expo. And the exhibition was 20 minutes away from us.by free bus from the hotel. An amazing breakfast is included! The rooms are large with panoramic windows on.... the desert. There is no Aerorort, the area is only being built and there is nothing around. But to go to the city is an ambush. To the metro by the same bus that runs 3 times a day, and then- by metro with a transfer, about an hour to the center, and if to Deira - then even longer.
