We chose the hotel consciously based on the reviews on Yandex, all the disadvantages of the hotel were described here. The hotel is located in such a way that you need to go uphill (but come back the other way from the mountain!), and shabby furniture. We knew this and were okay with these conditions. It's really hard to get up in 5-7 minutes, but there is a metro nearby, a European street with all the shops, and a taxi easily arrives at the hotel. There are good grocery stores near the hotel. The furniture feels like it needs to be replaced, but it didn't bother, because the room's filling is cool, the bed is comfortable, and there's enough in the kitchen to cook something simple. Usually in Istanbul, all rooms are very cramped, and there is only enough space for a bed. But a room in this hotel is a whole apartment, just a godsend for Istanbul. Very spacious, great view from the balcony. The cleaning is at a high level, even the dishes were washed (not all hotels do this). The staff is attentive and always ready to help. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back!

A cozy hotel, kind attitude. Everything is nearby. We stayed for a week, no complaints. At some point, the dishes started to disappear, I couldn't figure out where they were going, it turned out to be in the dishwasher)) about the second day I found it))) The rooms are clean, there is no unpleasant smell. The beds are comfortable, sleeping very comfortably. Full blackout on the windows. From what you might not like, the hotel has a history, it cannot be called old. He's like a grown man, with charm, in the full dawn of his powers, but already with wrinkles from a wide smile)

I will definitely give a 5 to this hotel (despite the minor nuances in the form of outdated furniture in places, the ceiling in the bathroom has already turned yellow, and there are nuances of this kind), but the staff and the comfort of the rooms cover everything. A good bathroom, water/pressure/gels/towels/bathrobes are excellent. Value for money, and considering that it is located 7 minutes from Taksim metro station. I will single out the hotel staff separately, they are as friendly as possible, they will always tell you where and where it is better to go to a store or an exchange (etc.). Thank you for your hospitality P.S. very steep ascents from the subway to the hotel (for travelers with children or suitcases)

Beautiful view from the window. Convenient location. Near Taksim Square, a walking tourist street, shops, galatoport, tram stop going to the Grand bazaar. Nearby is karefour, just below the local cafe is inexpensive. Good cleaning, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen

The room, of course, requires repair in some places, but overall the impressions are the best. Very convenient location, everything is nearby - on foot to Taksim, to Galaport, to motor ships and metro. It is very quiet and has a great view. Upon arrival, there was a gorgeous bouquet of flowers in the room. A good mattress, pillows and a soft blanket are a big plus. There are all dishes, hygiene products, dishwasher, refrigerator (without freezer)! Water, tea, coffee are all there and replenished daily. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, they saw off like close friends.

The garden suite is not worth the money at all. You will live in the basement, where all the garbage will become your "garden", if you can call it that. The rooms are very tired, the staff is not in the mood to change anything and solve the situation. I will attach photos showing all the delights of life in the "ass" suite for 20 thousand per night.
