I remind your management that according to Article 42-4 of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the absence of a response to a complaint within ten calendar days, if the seller does not respond in writing to the claim, or refuses to eliminate violations and voluntarily reimburse the loss caused, for which, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Part 5 of Article 190 of the CRCoAP, so- administrative liability is provided for, a complaint will be filed with the territorial department of the Consumer Protection Committee. An unscheduled inspection has also been initiated.
Complaint number 4 in the feedback book dated August 13, 2023. The review period is until August 24.
