There 's just a buzz , sushi is just a bomb I advise everyone ! It's very tasty and there's enough of everything, I usually order filodelfiya lite there (it's with cucumber) and sushi doesn't fall apart when you put them in soy sauce, etc.

I remind your management that according to Article 42-4 of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the absence of a response to a complaint within ten calendar days, if the seller does not respond in writing to the claim, or refuses to eliminate violations and voluntarily reimburse the loss caused, for which, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Part 5 of Article 190 of the CRCoAP, so- administrative liability is provided for, a complaint will be filed with the territorial department of the Consumer Protection Committee. An unscheduled inspection has also been initiated.
Complaint number 4 in the feedback book dated August 13, 2023. The review period is until August 24.
We made an order. The wait was announced for 20 minutes, which is not a little. 15 minutes later, the first dish appeared at the pick-up counter, similar to our order. After asking if this was our dish, we were told that our order was still being prepared. After 30 minutes, they demanded a refund.
The dish, which had been waiting for delivery for 15 minutes, turned out to be intended for us. Cooled and dried up during this time. The employee refused to return the funds with the comment "this is food." We refused the order. The money was not returned.
