Restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Nice place! Pan-Asian cuisine. Typical Dubai. The staff is friendly and courteous (Malaysia, Myanmar, Macau, Vietnam). On Friday evenings, they arrange a "brunch" (the American "breakfast + lunch" has turned into a complex dinner). The audience is mostly from the hotel, but there are also expats. Moreover, American children are intemperate in their language and yell "I hate Russians" at the whole restaurant. We recommend you to try spring roll with lobster or lobster in a list sauce or beef ribs. The menu is in Russian.
