Colossal Disrespect for guests and customers. There is a nasty dwarf Beruza sitting at the entrance. With a disgusting appearance, who forgets the guests to join their table If you do not place an order within 3 minutes, you will be kicked out, while boarding in the hall is Empty. The hookah man claims that there is 1 shisha for the 1st person and it is not customary for them to divide a shisha into several people. The waitress is a nervous girl, all on edge when she found out that I'm not going to do anything right now. And it's 3 minutes since I sat down on the couch - I ran to the manager with bulging eyes. In short, they smoke out customers. Freaks. In the truest sense of the word. There are no important qualities for the institution: friendliness, politeness, customer orientation. Even on the way out, they called me drunk, not drunk, but outspoken. And I frankly recommend that you avoid freaks. Just think about it. Imagine eating or breathing in such an atmosphere - your karma will go bad.
