I got a bonus and decided to spend it. On November 19th, 2025, I came to this store located in the Tulpar shopping center. After going through all the shelves, I chose two pairs of sneakers of different models that I liked and asked the prices of two women who were doing their business, dressed in branded store T-shirts, to which they began to point their fingers at me towards the exit (probably this is their way of showing how they need customers). Then one of the customers came up to me and pointed to a pole with a red sign where I could find out the price. It is, of course, very "convenient", especially for the elderly, to take the product and walk with it across the hall to the barcode scanner. After checking the prices, I went to the checkout with my purchases. The cashier said that the discount does not apply to the "yellow" prices. I agreed and set aside one pair of sneakers. The cashier stated that the second pair also does not apply to discounts. When I asked why, she couldn't give a clear answer and called the administrator. The receptionist told me that there is a "final prices" sign on the shelves. I invited her to this shelf and asked her to show it to me, but since there was no such sign, she could not do it. Then I asked for a discount, which the administrator refused me. In the end, I wasted two hours of my time and a lot of nerves. Previously, my family and I often shopped at this store, now I will not only go there anymore, but I will also dissuade all relatives and friends.
