I stayed at this hotel once for one day, while visiting the island of Habiliala. I do not recommend this hotel for a large family and for checking in for more than 1 day. Among the disadvantages of the hotel: 1. The rooms are very dirty, the floors, the entire shower room are in very poor condition, at first glance everything looks modern and neat, but after a short stay in this hotel you start to see these shoals. Someone else's hair was found in the bedding, the linen itself is in terrible condition, our sheet was torn and covered in black spots, check it immediately. Be prepared that there may be a smell of stagnant rotten water in the shower, which will fly around your room while the shower door is open, the sinks are very dirty, the hotel very much needs high-quality cleaning and refinement. The wiring is often sticking out of the walls, the sockets are coming off, all the furniture in the hotel has seen better times, everywhere there are stains or traces of extinguished cigarettes. 2. The hotel itself is quite narrow, so be prepared that if you have suitcases and rooms higher than the 1st floor (there are no such rooms), it will be extremely inconvenient for you to lift them. 3. The location of the hotel is convenient, but be prepared that until one o'clock in the morning you will hear cars picking up garbage, which is quite loud, people talking 20 meters from the hotel, and starting at 6 a.m. unloading groceries to shops and the noise of the crowd. The noise insulation in the hotel is very poor, both outside the hotel and inside, when you can hear every conversation of your neighbors. 4. At the time of our stay at the hotel, renovation work was underway to expand it, when we entered it, the moment of welding their new fence began, not the most pleasant experience. 5. Check-in at the hotel takes place at exactly 14:00, if you arrived earlier, you will be allowed to leave your belongings at the reception (without a separate luggage room), although half of the rooms were free, there are no exceptions. Separately, the history of checking into this hotel. When we checked into the first room of this hotel, we were greeted by a dead cockroach in the room (this applies to cleaning), then we changed the room inside which the toilet drain did not work and only from the 3rd time we were checked into a normal room, but there was a smell of rotten water in the bathroom. Of the advantages: 1. The hotel's extremely convenient location, in fact, all the most interesting places on the island can be reached very quickly. There's a grocery store right next door. There are many restaurants around. 2. The rooms are large and spacious, which is a plus, as it can be very rare in Turkey, and you will definitely have enough space. 3. The owner of the hotel is a very good-natured person, with all the disadvantages, he did not deny them and apologized for it, you definitely need to put a separate plus for this, he will help you with the route on the island and tell you where everything is. 4. The price tag is quite low, the room can be rented for 4,000 rubles when booking through Otelo, you can additionally pay with Thank You bonuses and then leave pennies in it. I do not recommend staying in this hotel for more than one day, ideally it is suitable for dropping off things and suitcases there and continuing on the same day. The hotel has left a lot of negativity and an unforgettable feeling of horror, I hope that they will eliminate these disadvantages in the end. I give 3/5 stars to the hotel as it does not position itself as a 5-star hotel, very low price for accommodation. In general, the price and location are his strengths, and he wants to leave the rest to the best. I do not recommend a long stay at this hotel, so as not to spoil your vacation.
