The hotel is not bad in principle, I will describe the disadvantages, there are enough laudatory reviews. The hotel is located on a very dirty and broken street. Almost at the very end, we have to climb up to Taksim Square, if it rains, and it was several times during our visit, then the street turns into a river along which it is impossible to pass, the sidewalks are very narrow, we have to walk along the road. We were moved into the basement, as it was New Year's holidays, there were no available rooms. There is a restaurant on this floor and from 6.30 to 11.00 there is constant movement on the floor, you will not be able to sleep, the staff is rattling everything possible. Breakfasts are not bad in principle, for a threesome there is everything you need, even fruit, a coffee machine. The spa is located on the lowest floor, with a small but warm pool with three sun beds. One sauna is dry, the other is steamed, but the temperature is not high, the Turkish one has not entered at all. The locker room is combined with a shower room, and there can be no more than two people at a time. The room had a wardrobe, a refrigerator, four beds, a TV with Turkish channels (700 pieces), a very small shower, but there was always hot water. The metro and the Kremlin are 10-15 minutes away, there are several shops near the square, including Migros, cafes.

It is located about 20 minutes from Taksim Square at a leisurely pace. That's where all the good things end. The hotel is located in a kind of lowland, to climb to Taksim you have to go steeply uphill. The hotel itself is scanty, many rooms are on the 1st floor next to the meal, it's a horror. In the morning and until 13.00, since the walls are cardboard, you can hear the dishes rattling all the time, it is very annoying and smells bad. The rooms are tired, it's not a boutique, it's a dump. Most of them are local, Hindus. Russian Russians don't speak at the reception, the TV didn't work, and there are no Russian channels. I forgot to mention the shower stall, it's tin, the door opens inwards and it's so small and narrow that a normal-sized man can't fit in there. There are cockroaches in the dining room .

It's not a big hotel, but it's clean. The breakfasts are not bad.The Taksim metro station and a pedestrian street with lots of large shops are within walking distance.

Excellent hotel; corresponds to the stated concept of 4* bed&breakfast. The location is convenient - Taksim Square is 5 minutes away by a leisurely stroll, but uphill. An undoubted plus is the location - next to the hospital on bolshaya street - cleaner and safer than on neighboring streets. Cleaning and change of towels daily; rooms are clean, everything in the room is working properly. The staff is of the highest level, friendly and responsive and readily helps to resolve any issues. An order and delivery of flowers and a cake for the birthday girl was organized for us early in the morning, upon awakening.

The 4* hotel does not pull, the rooms are small, there are no Russian channels, European ones too, only Turkish, the spa center is small, the pool is 4* 5, the sauna is cold, the hammam is so-so. In Feodosia, the Scarlet Sails Hotel and spa center are much cooler. In general, in my opinion, 3* with a small plus for an edible breakfast. And, of course, the location of the hotel is gorgeous. Taksim Square, Istiklal Street are within walking distance.
