This is a great hotel! I recommend it! Good location, near the metro, bus station, Emirates Mall, lots of shops, restaurants, quiet area! The hotel has large, spacious (we had 65 m2) clean rooms with everything you need (bedroom area, living room area with TV, sofa, armchair, table, kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, kettle. washing machine, hallway area, separate toilet, bathroom with all necessary accessories). In addition, the room has a safe, iron, ironing board and dryer!- there were no problems with drying after returning from the beach, to which a transfer from the hotel was organized, unlike guests staying in other hotels. We took accommodation with breakfast. Very tasty and varied breakfasts with a large selection of dishes, for breakfast and back we were taken by individual transfer to the Mena Plaza hotel, in connection with the renovation of the restaurant in the Mena apartment hotel. The hotel has a very polite and friendly staff, always ready to help, prompt and immediately solve your everyday problems (if they arise). Good location. There are two metro stops and a bus stop nearby. The rooms are large, there is everything for living: a kitchen area, a living room area and a bedroom area with a large bed. Oven, micro wave, toaster, kettle, dishes. There were no bathrobes or slippers in the room, only two large towels, they asked for bathrobes and slippers at the reception, they brought two dressing gowns of an unknown size, very narrow, we still did not see the slippers, despite the fact that the floor in the room is very cold, barefoot walking feet are freezing, even with the air conditioner turned off. You can choose the breakfasts and dinners from the menu, everything is edible. Dinner can be changed to lunch. In general, everything would be great if we brought bathrobes and slippers with us)))

Close to the metro, 5 minutes. There is a 15 minute transfer to the beach. The hotel is clean, the room has everything for living, there are a lot of shops and cafes nearby, prices are no more expensive than in Sochi.

Lovely hotel, Went shopping, very convenient location to the mall and metro. Clean pool, courteous staff☺️it is very convenient that the admins can take delivery while you are not at the hotel, they will always help🙏🏻they told and showed everything in detail when checking in. A very pleasant lobby, incense sticks were lit at the reception every morning, the atmosphere in the hotel is calm, suitable for families with children. The pool was small, but in order to just swim and relax, there weren't many people in the first half of the day. Nice maids. The room was always cleaned clean. Generally a good hotel

Mena was from January 11 to January 17, 2025, a good hotel. The room was 115 meters, the studio was 28 meters, with a full kitchen and a large refrigerator. There is a clothes dryer, ironing board, microwave, electric stove, toaster, dishes.. There was a full-fledged bed for the child (extra bed attached a photo to the review), although there is no information anywhere in the description and I thought he would sleep on a folding chair. They cleaned up, they don't know how to speak Russian, and an interpreter helps. All issues were resolved at once. Every day they give 3 bottles of 0.6 water. The air conditioner is central. There was enough room in the room. The four of us need a 2-room, clean, large, comfortable. The weather outside was very comfortable for hiking, +24-26 hours. Based on the convenience, this hotel was chosen. There are 2 metro stations nearby that are approximately equally distant, and it takes about 7 minutes to walk. Similarly, there is a bus station. There are 81 buses to the beach, and 3 dirhams in 10 minutes. 105 bus to village 12 dirhams, 40 minutes drive. 105th to the garden. There is a small carifour right at the entrance, within walking distance of the mall of Emirates. After leaving the hotel, there are Indian and Turkish cafes on the right, it's enough to eat on a budget. In Indian, the three of them overcame a portion of rice, it costs 15-20 dirhams. Nearby pharmacies, brand for less, etc. Very convenient location. I managed to do without a taxi at all. I bought dirhams at Akbars Bank, and there are some in the Savings Bank. There is a union pay card from RSHB everywhere. The course came out cheaper even than in the Savings Bank. I took breakfast meals, there is a Turkish cafe in the hotel, according to the menu, a very tasty breakfast from 7.00 to 12.00. I probably would have taken dinner, but I didn't want to rush to the hotel from my walks by the time. It's not very budget friendly, but the hotel residents get a 20% discount. There's a Mr.crab restaurant around the corner. I flew fly Dubai with anex. The transfer brought/took away everything on time. Yes, there is such a moment of fly Dubai in 48 hours, you can choose seats for free and register! I do not recommend taking places in the tail, the queue for the toilet will not let you get bored)) I recommend the hotel! There are minor points, but you should not pay attention. In the mall there is a large carifour on the 1st floor, our Auchan) discounts, pastries, some ready-made food. It's a great place for hiking, I recommend it.

The Turkish cuisine has no peculiarities. No buffet. Order from a set of typical breakfast dishes. Fruits are missing.

We stayed in February 2024. Some inconveniences were compensated by the good location: the metro station and the Emirates Mall are within walking distance, there are small shops nearby. The room had a kitchen, the stove did not work, there were no paper towels, detergent, which created inconvenience. A very uncomfortable shower room. First, we booked for 3 days, then we extended it for another 3 days, and for the third time, during the extension, we were told the price increase from 360 dirhams to 520. We decided that it was not worth it and moved to a hotel nearby in the best conditions and at a cheaper price. I wouldn't do that to customers, the hotel didn't get rich, but it lost customers.
