The perfect location relative to the main attractions! The hotel building is located directly opposite the entrance to the subway. The view from the window was on the sea, beautiful. The room has everything you need and is perfectly equipped. All ramps are available. A small kitchen area, with everything you need. Among the disadvantages is a small, narrow pool, not very friendly reception and a deposit of 500 dirhams.

clean apartment with a small kitchen, washing machine. Near the metro. For breakfast there are pastries, fruits, juices, scrambled eggs, oatmeal and all that. But the variety of dishes can be better. A normal place to stay for a few days in the city

Great! There is something to compare it with. We rested there for almost 10 days. Cleaning and updating of all accessories and water daily. There is a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, gym, waiting room, prayer room, meeting room. Very clean and the service is excellent. The breakfasts are very tasty and always varied, you can ask to cook scrambled eggs or decorate some dessert. I really liked it. The view from the window is amazing.

A room with a small kitchen, which has dishes, appliances, etc., there is a large refrigerator (not a minibar), tea, coffee, water. The balcony is useless. There is an ironing board and an iron. It's too bad that these details are not listed in the description of the numbers on the site and there was no response to the email survey. With such a good room equipment, the lack of slippers seems strange. The room service is adequate, with adjustments.
The staff is polite.
There is a fitness center, a swimming pool (in the afternoon, when there is sun), a sauna, a billiard room.
The breakfasts are quite varied.

Decent apartment, 2 rooms, kitchen, 2 toilets. Everything is convenient. Except for the location - somewhere in the middle of the desert))) to the center 35-40 min. There is a shuttle, but seats must be booked in advance, otherwise there is no way to get out, except for a taxi.

2. Check all walls, not only in bathrooms, but also in residential areas for mold. If you find something, ask for a replacement number or disinfection of the current one.

Excellent apartment hotel. The renovation and furniture are very fresh in Scandinavian style. Nice pool with sea view. Great breakfast. I lived there in April-May 2022.

The old disgusting hotel, constant humidity, everywhere smells of mold, mustiness, all things stank of this smell, dirt, curtains from the base of the hotel were not washed, apparently. There is soot on the chandelier, on the ventilation grilles, dust hangs in shreds. The smell of sewage, there is nothing to breathe. Two stars for clean white linen and good breakfasts.
