Hotel was clean! Comfortable and big pool with gym on 3 level of the building. Staff and cleaners were really kind and supportive! Thanks to them, our vacation was great. Wanna come back here in winter too!

Convenient location, near the ferry stop, metro station, Al-Qubeiba bus station. There are many shops with low prices. Near the picturesque old town and the historical museum of Dubai, a picturesque promenade. The area is very lively. The breakfasts are not bad, mostly Indian cuisine, a little European - pancakes, omelets, porridge. Delicious fruits for breakfast, the melon is awesome! The hotel was fully loaded in November 2025, the staff is well done, they work fast, the hotel and the hotel restaurant are clean. Room cleaning is daily. Special thanks for the cleanliness. The hotel has an underground car park. Minus one - it's noisy at night, but closed windows, blackout curtains and air conditioning solve the problem. We booked a hotel on the Island with a good discount. Satisfied, we'll come back again. Become fans of Indian cuisine here)

The hotel left an ambivalent feeling. Good things can be noted, the staff is friendly, ready to help, at our request, the room was extended by an hour, a comfortable bed and a spacious room, a nice pool. This is where the pros end, of the cons: The location of the hotel is an area where migrants from India and Pakistan live, there is a hardware market and wholesale stores nearby, the area is dirty and there is nowhere to walk, the room has very old plumbing and the bathroom needs repair, a very poor breakfast. We stayed in hotels for one night, bribed by the proximity to the port of Rashid.

We stayed for a couple of days before a sea cruise. They chose it because of its proximity to the port, three kilometers away. The hotel is modest, in a poor quarter. The rooms are large, but dark, the window looked out into the well. Food for three, the assortment is meager. I liked the pool on the roof, quite deep. The staff is polite.

+ Clean! The hotel is old, but everything is updated! + The room has everything to the smallest detail! Water every day! + Very close to the Port Rashid Cruise terminal! It is convenient on the liner. + A very nice, Russian-speaking guy from Uzbekistan at the reception! Helps in everything! + Very nice, comfortable bed! White underwear! - The room is dark, there is not enough daylight! - The area is Pakistani-Indian, but safe! There are a lot of things around and inexpensive!

Great staff! There were problematic moments, the building is old, the smell of sewage, blockages. But the Russian-speaking manager always helped us in every possible way, prompted, directed, ordered a taxi, etc. We are very grateful to him. Very responsive and friendly. I don't recommend breakfast here - it's better to go to some diner next to Indian cuisine.
