The center of attraction for Russian speakers) is located in Friendship Park or Matryoshka Park. The staff is polite, they don't seem to speak Russian. In summer, I recommend ice cream, there are many different flavors; in winter, salep. Always with cinnamon. He's wonderful here! And recently, large cups have appeared for drinks. In the summer, they have "mommy's lemonade" instead of salep, but I'm not a fan.
