Sometimes it works without shutting down - 10/20/30 minutes. We took the vacuum cleaner to a certified service center. We were waiting for a special master specializing in the repair of vacuum cleaners. A few days later, they called back and said that the vacuum cleaner had been checked, and no damage had been found. We sent videos of the vacuum cleaner tests at home in advance. As a result, I arrive at the service center, and in conclusion, according to the "master", there is a fully functional vacuum cleaner, which he tested for 30 minutes and found no errors. Allegedly, it was working under load, but the problem is that it allegedly cannot be used for more than 20-30 minutes and the engine must be allowed to rest. I'm asking a provocative test question. Do I need to insert a white spray filter into a container of water during wet cleaning? The master's answer is yes. Necessarily. According to the manufacturer's instructions, a white plastic splash guard is only needed when washing floors and carpets when the detergent compressor is running. Error once. The certified service technician does not know how to use the vacuum cleaner according to the instructions. The second question is - was the liquid poured, tested with detergent? Yes. I ask where the detergent is being poured. It points to the aqua filter/garbage collection box for filtering through water, and not to the detergent container, which stands separately in the back of the vacuum cleaner. I show you clearly where the detergent container is and where the compressor is taking water, and I read the surprise in the master's eyes. I understand that the master is quite nominal. I pick up the vacuum cleaner and bring it home. I turn it on and off. The vacuum cleaner is practically new. I assume that he did not open the vacuum cleaner and did not test the thermostat on the donor. The master in the service center is a conditional, far-fetched title. I don't recommend it. Don't waste your time, nerves and money.
