I would like to share my positive experience at Santa Fe. Our waiter, Tigran, provided excellent service—polite, professional, and always attentive. He communicated with us in Russian, which made the experience very smooth and comfortable. His respectful attitude and friendly approach truly stood out. I also want to thank Anna, the manager, for her outstanding professionalism. She listened carefully to our concerns, showed real empathy, and ensured everything was handled in the best way. Her leadership and care reflect the true spirit of hospitality. Thanks to both Tigran and Anna, my impression of Santa Fe is very positive. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the warm, respectful service.

The place is located in the center of the city right in front of Cascade and I guess that's what they took into account while pricing the menu cause the quality of the food and drinks ain't that good the service is ok.

It was awful. Not only was the coffee menu in English with no Armenian version available, but we also had some unexpected guests—mice. Although they looked quite pleasant, small, and cute, I am sure for many people it would be just terrible to witness such a situation.

Delicious food and courteous staff. Perhaps it's worth moving the table right at the cash register to the children's play area: we chose it because of its distance from the outdoor area, but those who came to the playground were rubbing against our backs all the time.

The food is undoubtedly delicious. But the service is terrible. The waiters can't handle the word at all. We ordered 2 salads and coffee. The salads were brought in 40 minutes. Coffee in 50 minutes. To pay the bill, I had to wait another 30 minutes just to receive the check.

I agree, it is an extremely expensive place and I did not notice much enthusiasm and attention from the waiters and sitters. But we took spaghetti with meatballs, pizza Margarita and to our taste it was unusual and delicious and you can imagine that this is how they cook in Italy. The cappuccino was delicious too. There is a playground for 2K drams, which is a plus.

I can't say that I've been to every bar/restaurant in Yerevan, but this one has turned out to be the most expensive so far. OK, maybe it's worth it? The service time is long, the waiters need to be caught. The food is delicious, but clearly not premium. Cocktails are standard, although I decided to ask the bartender to make a cocktail with gin and I was advised something that "you will definitely like". As a result, I exchanged cocktails with a girl, despite the fact that I drink everything that is on gin, and here there was nothing from gin. The atmosphere is screaming, stomping, running children, chaos and confusion. One of the advantages is the proximity to the Cascade and a pleasant design. The date was ruined. PS managers smile very sweetly, but they can't do anything about all the above disadvantages.
