Disappointed Stay at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi
I recently stayed at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, and I must say, it was a deeply disappointing experience. I booked directly through their website, opting for a flexible rate that clearly included breakfast. However, upon check-in, I was informed that my booking did not include this essential amenity.
Despite showing my confirmation email that stated otherwise, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. To make matters worse, even at check-in, the receptionist uttered an inappropriate word that left me shocked and uncomfortable. I felt utterly frustrated and let down, as I had chosen this hotel specifically for the convenience of having breakfast included.
This was my first stay with Dusit, and it will certainly be my last. If they can’t honor their commitments or provide adequate customer service, I can’t trust them for future visits. I expected much more from a hotel of this caliber. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

The breakfasts and dinners here are great, the staff is lovely, the service is excellent! A wonderful hotel to visit all the sights of Abu Dhabi. There is nowhere to walk around) but you can get to all points very quickly by taxi (shopping center, Louvre, White Mosque, Yas Island).

A chic hotel for business people.

Oh, what a wonderful New Year we celebrated here! Who would have known that he would bring a pandemic…
The New Year's holiday was wonderful, sooo delicious: oysters, foie gras, seafood, the most delicious cheeses and a huge selection of dishes. Beautiful masks were distributed to the guests. There was music and dancing :).
The hotel was full, but there was attention to the guests and a desire to organize comfort. For example, on January 1, there were a lot of people for brunch, and in order not to wait, we were offered breakfast on the club floor. The service is good, cleanliness and all the attributes of a real five-star. This is not the first Dusit that I have attended, everything is on the level! I can safely recommend it!

Excellent "five". Better even than some network ones. Rooms, service, cleaning, breakfast is super. Consider the huge "minus" - the location. It is far from the center, the embankment with beaches, restaurants, attractions, etc. And it is also far from the airport. I had to get there only by taxi. There is nowhere to walk nearby - office buildings, parking lots, stadium, etc. are everywhere.

It's a pretty old hotel. There is a Michelin-starred restaurant, but the carpets frankly stink, the rooms are patched. Find yourself a better hotel, there are a lot of them in Abu Dhabi.

I really remember the trip to Abu Dhabi and our stay at the Dusit Thani Hotel. A luxurious interior and a fascinating view from the window. The rooms are perfectly clean and fairly new. Very friendly staff, there are Russian speakers among them. Arman and Cher helped us a lot to sort out all the nuances, many thanks to them. I recommend this hotel. Everything is at the highest level, keep it up!
