It was the worst lüle kebab I have ever eaten in my life. It was as if I was eating Izmir meatballs. Oh Azerbaijan, where are you beautiful lüle kebabs? I wanted to order traditional pilaf with the lüle kebab, but the waiter brought me vegetable pilaf, this is not traditional pilaf! I objected after he brought it and he brought me the right order! Bad service, bad quality, long wait! I definitely do not recommend this place, the food is not sweet, the staff is not interested at all!

I recently visited this place, and unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff did not acknowledge my presence or offer any greeting. I stood there waiting, feeling completely ignored. Even after approaching them twice to ask for assistance, they were unfriendly in their reply. This experience left me with a negative impression, and I hope the management will take steps to improve the attitude of their staff towards customers.

Staff were quick to get you seated but do need pre knowledge of reserving tables otherwise they will not allow you to sit in the nicer table sections by the square view or other higher balcony on the right. And by the time me and a friend found a table we liked, it was dirty and bread crumbs and not any time to clean at all over therefore choose an another table in the middle section. This place was above average food prices to target a tourist budget and not cheap as indicated by the 45000 - 60000 sum budget and should have been 100000 - 200000 range for filling portions. 15% service charge should definitely been deducted all together because the their was very little service as they only came for ordering food after some 8-10mins and waited about 30-45mins for food to arrived and even asked when will food arrive as described as fast food delivery time. The atmosphere was half full on a Thursday night at 9pm-10pm and can definitely hear people behind us were side commenting insults on us two are talking about the food quality and waiting times problems so not even a tourist trap friendly place and lack of understanding when staff once realised you not having good experience, they avoid you then actually help the situation. The food for my friend for was sub-par for sesh kebab because they were 2 fatty pork pieces and quality pork pieces. Soup ordered was tiny portions with the bread being described as ancient and very dry and did not even receive tissues for the meal. My meal was extremely boney beef but average quality with a good amount grease and barely not enough parsley with the sauce being a tiny portion equally and definitely needed tissues and asked two times to get tissues. The drinks orders had an expired taste it was a sour milky drink called Ayran and not even refrigerated temperature in any means. Didn’t bother with beers as it was far too pricey. The interior was good but look closely enough you see it has not been cared for well as far too busy running around clearly. I do not recommend this place and not believe all the positive reviews at all.

Order: soup with meatballs, vegetarian borscht, manti (2 servings), tea with thyme, 2 salads with eggplant. For everything about everything — 350,000 soums, approximately 2,000 rubles. There's nothing to fight about! The guys did well: the knowledge of languages is amazing, the speed in service. The food is without frills, but everything is delicious and without heaviness in the stomach. Thank you so much for everything. That's all good, but when it's good, it doesn't really spell.

I would like to express my gratitude to the Old Bukhara restaurant for the wonderful atmosphere, delicious cuisine and high level of service. The dishes were fresh and delicious, and I especially liked the Uzbek national dishes. The staff is polite, attentive and serves the guests quickly. The interior is cozy and perfectly conveys the atmosphere of the East. A great place for a family dinner or to meet friends. We will definitely come back again!

One of the most mediocre dinners in the entire 8-day trip to Uzbekistan. I don't recommend it. We booked a table for the day, we were promised a specific one. We arrived - the table is on the second line, from where nothing is visible. They present: here's your view table!🤔 They were transferred on request, but not for the most specific one with a comment that this particular table was booked. We left, but no one came🤷🏻♀️ And the view is so-so, to be honest. The food is nothing outstanding at inflated prices. The service is as strange as possible. There's a lot of staff, but it's not much use. If there are a sufficient number of waiters, including the head waiter, whose function, apparently, is to take pictures with VIP guests, I never have the whole dinner in the hall and the half-empty hall! (even when they brought it) they didn't pour water from the bottle into the glass. PS: it's bad that people carelessly leave reviews of the location, not the restaurant. This makes the rating incorrect.

The restaurant is overpriced. The beef kebab was covered in fat. There are 4 small pieces on the skewer and 2 of them are solid fat. Chicken skewer with bones. The sauce for the barbecue was ordered by adjika, the waiter brought salsa sauce with the words. We clarified that we had ordered adjika, and the waiter said it was adjika. But it didn't taste like adjika. Sultan salad is full of breadcrumbs. It's not delicious. They asked for an ashtray, but they never brought it. Only the interior is beautiful

Perhaps the best restaurant in Bukhara in terms of assortment, quality and price of dishes. They are great at working with fish! An unusual reading of familiar dishes. Excellent service - fast, polite, elegant. If you are served by a young man named Omon, you are lucky! I recommend you to visit 100%.

It's a beautiful restaurant, very atmospheric, the waiters are very attentive and friendly. I was very impressed with more than 3,000 5.0+ ratings.at the entrance to the restaurant is a plaque with celebrities who apparently ate there. So there was no doubt.but when it came to serving the dishes and the taste of them... well, it's clearly not 5.0. We took a salad in Tbilisi.he clearly smelled of acid in the bell peppers, they said it was necessary, but we were afraid to eat...we took khachapuri, flatbread, lagman with vegetables, manti with pumpkin—and they took it all out one by one to one guest, the second guest (me) sat in front of an empty plate for a long time...they brought a shish kebab of beef - from 5kusks, 2 was just fat.Grilled vegetables -well... it's hard to make this dish tasteless, but the chef did it! Dolma.rigid, of various sizes. Unfortunately, the rest of the dishes didn't impress me with their taste either.The tea wasn't bad. It was on a budget, we paid about 200,000 soums for this rather large (but alas tasteless dinner).but I would not recommend this place to you. It's just a very mediocre cuisine in the city center.

A large restaurant, a huge veranda, the atmosphere is present. The toilet is too small for a full landing: 2 cubicles and 1 sink. The waiter did not repeat the order and brought two portions of shish kebab instead of one. The chicken kebab was tough, but the cat liked it. The branded samsa turned out to be not particularly tasty with a hard dough. The bill was carried for a long time. The price tag is normal, the food arrived quickly.

We visited this restaurant in Bukhara and were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is simply magical: a cozy interior with an oriental flavor, music and attentive staff. We ordered salads, samsa and shish kebab — everything was incredibly delicious, and the serving deserves special praise. The portions are generous, the products are the freshest, the spices are in moderation. The service is excellent: the waiters are friendly, helpful, and helped with the selection of dishes. The prices are quite reasonable for this level. We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to all our friends! The Staraya Bukhara restaurant is a real pearl of Bukhara.
