It was the worst lüle kebab I have ever eaten in my life. It was as if I was eating Izmir meatballs. Oh Azerbaijan, where are you beautiful lüle kebabs? I wanted to order traditional pilaf with the lüle kebab, but the waiter brought me vegetable pilaf, this is not traditional pilaf! I objected after he brought it and he brought me the right order! Bad service, bad quality, long wait! I definitely do not recommend this place, the food is not sweet, the staff is not interested at all!

I recently visited this place, and unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff did not acknowledge my presence or offer any greeting. I stood there waiting, feeling completely ignored. Even after approaching them twice to ask for assistance, they were unfriendly in their reply. This experience left me with a negative impression, and I hope the management will take steps to improve the attitude of their staff towards customers.

Staff were quick to get you seated but do need pre knowledge of reserving tables otherwise they will not allow you to sit in the nicer table sections by the square view or other higher balcony on the right. And by the time me and a friend found a table we liked, it was dirty and bread crumbs and not any time to clean at all over therefore choose an another table in the middle section. This place was above average food prices to target a tourist budget and not cheap as indicated by the 45000 - 60000 sum budget and should have been 100000 - 200000 range for filling portions. 15% service charge should definitely been deducted all together because the their was very little service as they only came for ordering food after some 8-10mins and waited about 30-45mins for food to arrived and even asked when will food arrive as described as fast food delivery time. The atmosphere was half full on a Thursday night at 9pm-10pm and can definitely hear people behind us were side commenting insults on us two are talking about the food quality and waiting times problems so not even a tourist trap friendly place and lack of understanding when staff once realised you not having good experience, they avoid you then actually help the situation. The food for my friend for was sub-par for sesh kebab because they were 2 fatty pork pieces and quality pork pieces. Soup ordered was tiny portions with the bread being described as ancient and very dry and did not even receive tissues for the meal. My meal was extremely boney beef but average quality with a good amount grease and barely not enough parsley with the sauce being a tiny portion equally and definitely needed tissues and asked two times to get tissues. The drinks orders had an expired taste it was a sour milky drink called Ayran and not even refrigerated temperature in any means. Didn’t bother with beers as it was far too pricey. The interior was good but look closely enough you see it has not been cared for well as far too busy running around clearly. I do not recommend this place and not believe all the positive reviews at all.

Special thanks to the waiter Feruz for his attention, professionalism and excellent recommendations! Thanks to him, I made a culinary breakthrough: I never liked mutton, but after trying the dish he recommended here, I was absolutely delighted. It turned out that I just hadn't tasted real mutton! The location is convenient — right in the center, the interior is nice, everything looks well maintained. I was glad that there were a lot of empty tables in the hall, I didn't have to wait. But then the disappointments began. The staff are young guys, but, unfortunately, they have absolutely no interest in their work. Unsmiling, indifferent, dressed somehow — some in casual hoodies, some in a jacket. It seems that people here work not because they want to, but "because they have to." The food didn't work out either. The soup was so greasy that a layer of fat floated on top. Lagman — with sour sauce, which later reminded me of heartburn, and with minced meat instead of normal pieces of meat. It didn't resemble an Uzbek dish, but something like sour pasta bolognese. In the end, we ate only salad and left hungry. It's a beautiful place, but in fact it's a complete disappointment.

The coolest restaurant in Bukhara!!! All the dishes are MEGA DELICIOUS, the portions are large and beautifully decorated! The most friendly and helpful waiters are Raino and Nurik, speak Russian and English well, give good recommendations and bring the order very quickly! I recommend tomato salads (chuponcha, achi-chuk, haravac), lamb fire and be sure to order Vaguri, shoulder of lamb and grilled lamb, wine in a large assortment I recommend Merry Tash (9 months aged in French wine barrels). The restaurant is a must-visit!!!

We visited this restaurant in Bukhara and were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is simply magical: a cozy interior with an oriental flavor, music and attentive staff. We ordered salads, samsa and shish kebab — everything was incredibly delicious, and the serving deserves special praise. The portions are generous, the products are the freshest, the spices are in moderation. The service is excellent: the waiters are friendly, helpful, and helped with the selection of dishes. The prices are quite reasonable for this level. We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to all our friends! The Staraya Bukhara restaurant is a real pearl of Bukhara.

One of the advantages is the interior and the color inside. Of the cons: - The lack of any hospitality is already at the entrance. We went to dinner, and we were seated at the farthest corner table, with the caveat that everything was occupied. In the hour that we spent there, 50% of the tables were filled, and obviously not by reservation, but simply by tourists coming. - The wait for the order was 40 minutes, while the beer was brought immediately, but 4 skewers of meat and a side dish were cooked very slowly, they were already brought cold. - a hair was found in a barbecue, well, guys, what level does this indicate? Lagman — with a very sour sauce, which later caused heartburn, and with minced meat instead of meat. In fact, it was something like "Uzbek bolognese," but it was impossible to eat it in this form. The restaurant is located in the very center of Bukhara city. Among the ancient sights. If you sit on the terrace, you will have a magnificent view of the city. The waiters are polite enough, but not very interested in your satisfaction. If you definitely want to get to this restaurant in the evening, then come after 8 p.m., the bulk of the tourist groups that are brought here by buses for dinner will have already subsided and there will be free tables. The menu is quite large. While we were going up to our table, a square of lamb was passed by us, after looking at the price on the menu, we decided not to take it. The price-quality ratio is no longer visually consistent. We ordered lamb shish kebab, liver with fat, Izmir salad, vegetable shish kebab. The liver was gone, replaced with a kebab cradle. But after a while, the waiter came and said that the kebab was over. How can a lula kebab end in a good barbecue-oriented restaurant?!?!? How many times have we been to kebabs: the barbecue may end, but not lyulya! They brought shish kebab and vegetables. Hug and cry! One serving of shish kebab is five small pieces of lamb per 100 grams. Small, but surprisingly tasty. Vegetables are half a tomato, three half quarters of bell pepper, thin slices of eggplant, squash and corn. A vegetable barbecue costs 30,000 soums. In fact, there are not even a thousand vegetables. Izmir salad: don't take it if you still have to chat with people in the evening. It consists of green onion feathers, boiled tongue and a spoonful of green peas. The main ingredient of the salad is green onions, of course. We returned to the hotel hungry. We came to this restaurant on the advice of a friend who hangs in a frame at their entrance in a photo with the owner. He was very ashamed. The restaurant is aimed at groups of foreign tourists who are brought here for breakfast, lunch and dinner by buses from the most expensive hotel in Bukhara. Therefore, the restaurant's policy towards just lost tourists will not change. Preference will be given to foreigners. For that kind of money, it's better to eat somewhere else. I don't understand why there are so many rave reviews.

Cozy, authentic, delicious restaurant! We were in Bukhara for four days, and on the first day we accidentally went to Old Bukhara. I really liked everything! The atmosphere and cuisine in the restaurant are suitable for all 10 balls.
