26. 08. we came with a young man for perfume. We were met by a girl who didn't understand the product at all and somehow managed to explain something. After a 2-minute conversation, a boorish employee joined in and asked in a very rude tone what I was looking at in the window. I told her about the flavors in a hurry and without any desire to help with the choice. It is a pity that the previously beloved place is now repelled by the staff's approach to work.
