There was one person before me, the consultant filled out everything quickly, and received the card without a long wait. Maybe I was just lucky, but thank you!

The worst bank in the city! Support is not working, the robot is answering the calls! The notification about funds transfer or withdrawal using the Halva+ card is no longer received. You can only pay with bonuses at Santa's (a store on the outskirts of the city) or in the smallest "Mile" on the square. I regret contacting them. I do not recommend the bank.
