Householding services are perfect. Monthly price is quite high but it worths. It would be perfect if complex administration allow to close balconies…

a rose among the manure ..a high-level complex. I have experience of living in similar complexes in MOSCOW DUBAI IZMIR. Everything is equally good (it's more expensive in Moscow).Indoor and outdoor pools.fitness room,security,parking. The price per M2 is about the same.Communal room too (more expensive in Moscow, fitness and parking are a plus)A very decent complex, I recommend it for living and recreation
