The whole family celebrated her sister's birthday at the Syalyanka estate. I really liked everything! The owner is good-natured and friendly. Everything is clean, the beds are comfortable and the bed is clean. There is a playground for children. There's a river nearby. There is a banquet hall, which is rented separately. The place is great and I want to go back there! Many thanks to Nikolai!

The estate is located on the riverbank, a very quiet and cozy place. There is a banquet hall equipped with dishes and everything necessary for celebrations; a two-storey guest house with all amenities. On-site pond, outdoor aviary with poultry. There is a playground on site, and there are many picnic areas.

A great manor house in a beautiful place! This is not the first time we have rested - last year we came with a large and noisy company, this year with families - and every time the rest was wonderful. The houses have everything (and even more) for a comfortable stay - all appliances, lots of dishes, high-quality mattresses, good plumbing, etc. There is a sauna, gazebos, barbecue areas -everything is also perfectly equipped Natalya and Nikolai are very hospitable hosts, whom I want to return to as my own people

In general, it's not bad, but there are nuances.Air conditioning in the bedrooms would be nice. The shower room is stupidly made. The owner's plot is large and is sort of divided into two zones. There is a possibility that there will be other guests next to you.
