Here she bought an Italian leather jacket for $100. In general, we agreed to go on a shopping tour, in the evening I looked at the reviews on the Internet, which brands of clothes and shoes are represented there. But, as it turned out, they are taking us not to a well-known outlet, but to a dubious shopping pavilion with gold ornaments on the border with the emirate of Caricature, where there are no visitors except us. Russian girls talk about jewelry, stones, offer to try everything on, promise that they will introduce the director and he will give us a very good discount... prices, even at a discount, are insanely overpriced, there are no interesting stylish jewelry, they barely strayed .... and then it turns out that we are waiting for the same pavilion for the sale of fur coats and leather. Well, what can I say- history has repeated itself, an active imposition on the purchase of things, as if Italian... at cheap prices and with a discount from the director... well, honestly - hello to the 90s... apparently someone from the management of Anex Tour has a very close relationship to this strange business and they are trying to deceive inexperienced Russian tourists with all the lies, hoping that we do not understand either brands, quality, or prices. A very unpleasant aftertaste from this trip.

Do not buy excursions from Anex Tour!
We had a rest in January 2023 in Dubai at the Rose rayhaan by rotana hotel, the Yasar hotel guide did not like the attitude right away, at first he was late for a meeting with us for 15 minutes, then he said that this is not Turkey for you and we have the only chance to buy excursions only today. He showed information about excursions on the screen of a tiny laptop, and besides trips to a boat trip and shopping, he said about everything else that interested us that IMG Lego Land, Motion Gate parks, etc. it's not interesting, but it will be cold in the water parks Atlantis aquaventure, Laguna, Wild Wadi water park.
As a result, we bought from him only an excursion to 2 parks in one day, he promised that they would pick us up at 9:30 from the hotel and bring us to the opening of Lego Land and we would have time to visit Motion gate on that day, and they would take us to the hotel at 18:00 or 19:00 at our request, a car promised a minivan, we paid for 3 (2 adults and 1 child) - $ 480, he gave us a voucher and assured us that the start time of the tour printed in it would not change (this was an essential condition of the contract).
As it turned out, the guide misled us and provided false information about the transfer and the opening hours of the park! We started to worry on January 10, the day before the tour, when the guide did not send us tickets, only duplicated the voucher again and stopped contacting us!!!
What was my surprise when, on the night before the tour, our friends sent us a voice message from the guide that our tour was postponed to 10:50 (i.e. we will stay in the park for 1:20 less!!!)
We started calling the hotel guide, but Yasar did not answer either in messengers or by phone! We called the AnexTour support service and left a claim with a request to refund the money for the transfer to the parks and finally send us tickets to the parks, Ramilya accepted the claim at 21:46. After that, the hotel guide still wrote to us and said that he didn't care about our claim and the reputation of the tour operator, because he was busy with his birthday! We made another claim in the support service, which was accepted by Asya at 22:20, who assured us that we would be notified of the results of the claim review (so far we have not been answered). As a result, on January 11, we were taken away from the hotel at 10:50 on a huge bus, instead of a minivan, there was no excursion escort (the escort only gave us tickets and warned us about the gathering place back) again, we were announced that Lego Land was not interesting in it, we just had to run.
As a result, we spent much less time in the parks than we expected, the transfer was also provided disgusting (with delivery to hotels of 50 people), no compensation for lost time was offered by the tour operator!
I will never buy excursions here again!
