I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team! I visited your establishment as part of the Republican Forum and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service that surpassed all my previous experiences. Being a resident of Vitebsk and having the opportunity to travel to various cities and countries, I can say with confidence that I have not seen such an individual approach in any institution, including premium restaurants. In particular, when ordering a lunch that included black tea, I asked the waiter to replace it with green tea. Instead of the expected rejection, I was offered a choice of green leaf tea or red tea. I chose green, and to my surprise, I was served: a teapot with tea leaves, sugar, a mug and a kettle with boiling water. Thank you for your attention and individual approach to each guest!
