This is a great hotel! Incredibly friendly and courteous staff. We arrived at 9 a.m., so we had to wait 5 hours before checking in! But the staff immediately sent us to breakfast for ABSOLUTELY FREE. Great breakfasts, a huge selection of dishes. Everything is clean and tidy. We walked for an hour and a half after breakfast and we received a text message that the room was ready and we could go to the room. It is very unexpected and pleasant, this has never happened on our Black Sea coast. The hotel, the rooms, the pool, the gym - everything is on top. The hotel can be safely given more than 5 stars. The level of service that leaves an indelible impression of the rest in general.

Level 3 Local Expert

This is our first experience of Dubai. We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary and took our eldest daughter with us. I don't usually leave reviews. But I really want to share my pleasant impression of the Al Bandar Rotana hotel and staff. It is located near the airport, which is very convenient, near the metro, you can get to any point of the city quickly enough, but at the same time the area itself is quiet and peaceful. Upon check-in, we made apgreyd rooms with a view of the Burj Khalifa for a small surcharge, the rooms are gorgeous, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I can also say about the food, the food is excellent, there is something to compare it with. For breakfast there is always red fish, tuna, a huge selection of salads and hot dishes. A swimming pool with a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. I really liked Morgan's gastrompub. But even more important is the presence of a Russian-speaking girl in the hotel, Victoria, who helped us with all questions, was always very friendly and helpful. This is especially cool when you speak English very poorly. There is an English-speaking staff at the reception, so if you have problems with the language, you can always contact Victoria. I would also like to pay special attention to Mr. Odai, and we are grateful to him for allowing us to stay in the room, as we had a later check-out. In general, I will safely recommend this hotel for exploring the UAE, in particular Dubai. I made a better impression of the people and the city as a whole. We will definitely come back here again!!!
