Great hotel! Good location, near the Business Bey metro station, a 24-hour grocery store, the BeyVey walking alley, the canal embankment along which you can walk or do morning runs, the Burj Khalifa Tower is nearby and can be seen from the room window!
There is a normal gym. The pool is heated, but it is half shallow and has a low ceiling, the flooring is covered with concrete from neighboring construction sites, and the sun beds need to be cleaned.

The hotel is well located for those who want to spend more time in the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. It is about a 12-minute walk from the metro station. Walking distance to BX is 25 minutes. I do not recommend taking a taxi from the Dubai Mall to the hotel. It takes a few minutes to get to the landing site.

The hotel is quite fresh, clean, there are rooms for smokers and non-smokers. When we arrived, there was no room with a large bed and non-smoking as we wanted, because we spent the night in a room with two beds, the next day the room was replaced with the one we wanted without any problems, things were helped to move. We took breakfast and dinner, there was always a buffet for breakfast and quite varied, dinner was either a la carte or buffet, depending on the number of people. Everything was fine with the buffet for dinner, when dinner was on the menu - it was very long, they could not bring water, sometimes they had to wait for 10-15 minutes for the waiter. The pool is small, clean and warm. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed without problems.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, met us late at night, checked in immediately, very friendly staff. The rooms are nice, the towels were cleaned and changed every day, the view from the window is stunning on the Burj Khalifa.
My son had a doctor, the hotel congratulated him, gave him a cake, it was very pleasant. Thanks a lot to all the staff, special thanks to Shakeb at the reception and Kamran, who cleaned our rooms and brought us water and clean towels. The impressions are very good!

I really liked the hotel. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, new, everything you need for a stay: all accessories, slippers, kettle, coffee, tea, 2 bottles of water every day. Very nice bed, new, clean linen, comfortable pillows. Room cleaning every day, it was always well cleaned. The water is cold for a couple of minutes, and then warms up. There was a 26th floor, panoramic and, most importantly, clean Windows.
The pool is small, I had a rest in January 2025, it was still cool, I used it once. Of course, it's nice in summer. I didn't go to the sauna or get a massage.
Breakfast: That's where, of course, everything was sad for me. There seems to be a lot of food, but almost everything is national cuisine with lots of seasonings and spices. I've been eating turkey cheese and bacon sandwiches for 10 days.
Fruits: Only watermelon and pineapple. They were bland and not tasty.
I ate canned apricots and pears.
Infrastructure: From the hotel you can walk to Burj Khalifa in 15-20 minutes and spend most of your time at traffic lights.
There is a grocery store in the hotel building opposite the dining room, but it is small, stuffy and for some reason without prices. Apparently, there is a special price for everyone. On the way to Burj Khalifa, there is a Bay Avenue LCD store there, it is certainly expensive, but on the way home you can buy water. There are 2 shops with more pleasant prices on the way to the metro, which takes 10 minutes from the hotel. In general, it is better to bring some sweets with tea for the entire stay. The store mainly has cookies and chocolates, there are even many Russian products, but the prices are 3 times higher than in Moscow.
Briefly about the subway, I used it often, about every other day. The silver card turned out to be the most optimal, there is a lot written about ticket types on the Internet, I won't retell it. The Burj Khalifa metro station is next from Business bay, but I advise you not to take the subway or return in the evening. The Burj Khalifa subway is a long walk, about 20 minutes. Walking is faster and more pleasant.
And finally a minus sign. But this is not a disadvantage for the hotel, but for the staff, or rather for one particular Mohammed employee. After the check-out, they asked to call a taxi to the airport, started calling somewhere and named the cost of 250 dirhams. In Dubai, all taxis are on the meter and no one knows in advance exactly how much they will be, only approximately, because there are km. Considered. And then he immediately named the price. I refused, because I arrived in Sharjah and drove to the hotel for 165 dirhams, and the airport of departure Al Maktoum seems to be closer. He asked me to order another taxi. He immediately ordered through the app, and according to the meter, I drove not for 250, but for 116 dirhams. Most likely, he just called his friend and decided to earn some extra money. So be careful. In general, you can order on your own via Uber.

Excellent hotel, convenient location.
There is everything you need nearby: shops, safe deposit boxes, exchangers, metro station.
A room with a view of the city is definitely worth the money and you don't need a TV in this case.

The hallway halls smell of bug repellent. Breakfast is a very peculiar cuisine. Of course, I love Indian cuisine, but not enough to have breakfast with it during the week.

In general, the photo corresponds to reality. The rooms are cozy, quite clean. We got a room with windows facing the Burj Khalifa on one side and the canal on the other side, which is cool. The bed is good, the mattress is comfortable. The Smart home system in the rooms. Polite staff. The breakfasts are good, although not super-varied. There are minor flaws, as in any hotel, but this did not overshadow our rest. I think that on occasion we will come to this hotel again.

Breakfast is included, but the cuisine is specific. Personally, I liked Istanbul more, but only the food. According to the conditions - a bomb! The tax for accommodation for 5 nights is 90 derham, about 2 tr. , over the stay.
