Tl;dr; - Scammers We bought a total shaper on the 30th of december when we opened them they were broken, so we came to the shop and asked to switch the item. Consultants at first tried to persuade us that they could not be broken at all, then that it was worn. Finally, they told us that they could not switch the item, instead providing the full refund in money. Ok, we bought another product from womans secret and went home waiting for a refund. January 10, came to receive the money and was told that now they can't give us money, only item back. Wasted time, wasted money, worst experience ever.
