I haven't had any luck buying shoes in this store for 2 years. Last year, the plastic heel pad in winter boots crumbled. But it was already after the expiration of the warranty period, I did not go to hand it over. I bought autumn boots this year. After 2 weeks of wearing, the heel fell down and the skin came away from the sole. I went to take it. When writing the application, the sellers communicated very rudely, as if I had come here to take money from them. A week later, they called back to come for the money. So my husband and I arrived and again we caught a bunch of caustic remarks about ourselves. It became clear from them that we were not the first to arrive today for this reason. Thank you for returning the money! The shoe models are generally pretty, and the price is standard in the market (non-promotional items). But the quality suffers and the customer orientation does not. I won't risk buying anything here anymore.
