Very good location. There is a tram stop T1 nearby, where you can get to the main attractions and a large shopping center with a food court, which is open until 22-00. Breakfasts with a sufficient choice are delicious. Economy room. There is an electric kettle, tea and instant coffee. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste. I was sorry for the time at the spa, I didn't go, but those who went were very unhappy. There are many tour groups in the hotel. I wouldn't give the hotel five stars, but four for sure.

A good hotel for your money. The breakfast is a delicious and varied set of dishes. The pool, sauna, and hammam are in good condition, but men and women are separate! Together, just the pool is weird. Location from the historical center 30min by tram, 1min to the bus stop. What bothers is a lot of visitors after facial surgery, perhaps there is some kind of clinic nearby. But in general, I liked everything.

My score is 4*, no more. Positive: 1. The room matches the description and photo. 2. The room is equipped with everything you need: kettle, cups, tea/coffee/cream/sugar, mini fridge, ironing board, iron, TV, safe and air conditioning. 3. The bed linen changes depending on your wishes, you can change it at least every day. There is a special sign in the room, if you want a change of linen, just put the sign on the bed. 4. The presence of a balcony, you can safely go out for a smoke and not necessarily run outside. 5. Blackout curtains. 6. The room is bright, spacious, located on the sunny side. 7. Excellent sound insulation, the neighbors could not be heard. 8. A varied breakfast menu, you won't go hungry. Buffet breakfasts. 9. A good gym. 10. Near the shopping center, where there is a grocery store, as well as the T1 tram line. Minuses: 1. Sometimes there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom, but not much. 2. There is mold in the shower stall. 3. The current cleaning is average. 4. Opposite the view of the construction site, it's noisy during the day, but it's not critical. 5. The reception staff does not know if they have a spa complex or not. I asked the administrators twice, they said it was working, in fact the spa complex was closed for the entire period of my stay. 6. The location is still not the best. It takes 40 minutes by tram to get to the tourist spots. 7. I've been begging for a shaving kit for two days, and I've been reminding you to bring it to your room every morning, but I haven't received it.
