We spent 4 hours in the visa application center yesterday (I'm not exaggerating! EXACTLY 4 HOURS!!!) Our turn was delayed for more than an hour to hand over our documents, then we were called to the cashier very quickly, but then there was the agonizing wait for an invitation to the room to hand over biometrics... The room is without oxygen, people fall asleep in chairs, someone is standing, because there are not enough chairs for everyone! The use of phones is prohibited for some unknown reason (this is not a high-security facility, this is not an embassy), and considering that these are working hours and no one expects to stay there for so long, this is just a mockery! The guard is a classic figure from the category of "where would I assert myself?!".
