I am already an avid lover of bubble tea. I decided to stop by this place when I wanted to drink a little hot drink. While I was choosing a drink, I talked to the wonderful girls who worked there, Irina and Maria. They helped me with the choice. They talked so interestingly about each taste, discussed the nuances and characteristics. It was felt that they were really passionate about this business! In the end, I chose bobo's milk — it's just a bomb! Thank you so much for such amazing service and atmosphere! 🥤✨

There are no questions about drinks, everything is always delicious without exceptions. But the attitude of the staff often suffers, even too much. I understand that working in the catering industry is hard, but this does not mean that employees are allowed to interrupt, at the sight of a large bill, they do not calmly explain that there are no small bills, but by raising their tone and removing their smile, they repeat "I will not give you change." Also, very tired employees often stand almost exhausted, again, the mood does not rise to see girls who are about to cry. It seems like a small thing, but it spoils the mood. I don't take into account the fact that the barista's guests are friends on a regular basis. Standing and waiting for a nice conversation to end is also not pleasant. Please pay attention, as this is far from the first time.
