The cuisine is top notch. But the service, unfortunately, does not hold up. The work of the administrator is not felt, the service is long. The waiters perform only basic actions — they brought and left. There is a lack of engagement, presentation skills, understanding of serving and synchronous serving. But it is the waiter who creates the first impression and influences the overall level of service. And, of course, when a guest is forced to set a table for himself, this is already too much. I hope that attention to detail and caring for visitors will become as strong a link as the kitchen in the future.

Pavlodar can be proud of its Lotus restaurant!!! On September 21st, our 1999 graduation from the village of Voskresenka, Kachirsky district, celebrated the evening of the reunion with you. We were placed in a separate room, which was gorgeous. A table with 11 seats, beautiful dishes, furniture. Our waiter was a young man, if I'm not mistaken, named Yuri, special thanks to him for his care!!! The kitchen is great!!! Cozy atmosphere, dancing till you drop!!! The rest of the guests who were in the next room were like family!!! Everyone danced together, no one bothered anyone, although the hall was full!!! I am a guest from Russia and I am very happy that I visited such a cool restaurant, for a huge 10 with a big plus!!! I wish you prosperity, long life and of course grateful, generous and adequate guests!!!

Greetings to the guests and residents of the most beautiful city on the Irtysh, Pavlodar! We celebrated a meeting of classmates at the Lotus restaurant. I would like to mention the convenient location and the availability of Parking. The cuisine is top notch! I highly recommend ordering a duck shish kebab! To be honest, I haven't met him in Russia.
