I had a rest in January 2026, my hotel guide was Levon, the meeting took place the day after my arrival, he told me everything, offered guided tours without imposition, and was satisfied with everything! The tour to Dubai was conducted by the guide Jack (his abbreviated name), he talked a lot and interestingly, and the route was excellent, everyone saw it. In general, everything is fine, and I also enjoyed the desert tour, jeep safari, I took quad bikes, I am very satisfied. Beautiful landscapes and vivid impressions, after which we had barbecue performances. I am very happy with everything

We applied to this company as well as to the Republic of Belarus. Our guide was Elena Popusha. We ordered various excursions, but I would especially like to mention the cabrio tour of Dubai, and in particular the Russian-speaking guide and just a wonderful and positive person, Einudin, we got unforgettable emotions and impressions!!! But the rest of the impressions are ambivalent, unfortunately our guide left out a lot of things and had to deal with a lot ourselves.

We flew to Caricature in late December-early January 2026. I've never seen a worse meeting or organization in all my time. We barely found them at the airport. Not interested in tourists. I don't understand the company. The Ramadan hotel guide didn't even show up for 2 weeks and didn't solve any problems. The flight was rescheduled and we were not even informed. We solved all the problems ourselves from the relocation of the hotel too. I don't recommend it.…

We are very disappointed with the work of this agency, which ruined our last and penultimate day of rest. We found out that the check-out is scheduled for 6:45, and breakfast starts at 6:30 (it takes place in a nearby hotel located 150 meters from ours). We tried to solve this problem with support, but they told us that this was a group transfer and it was impossible to change either the place or the time. As a result, after skipping breakfast, we waited for the transfer at 6:45 a.m., and only at 7:05 a.m. the driver came to our reception and led us towards the neighboring hotel. We drove out of the complex, passing by the very hotel to which, as we were told, the boarding place could not be changed. In addition, despite the fact that the time could not be postponed, the bus made a meaningless circle around the area and returned to the exit from the hotel, after which it continued following the route. The bus itself was uncomfortable: with a height of 186 cm and a weight of 80 kg, I rested my knees on the seat in front, and the back of the chair constantly dropped spontaneously.
