There used to be a good center. But it's been very worn out over the last couple of years, and there are zero updates. Some of the equipment is not functioning at all. The animators are watching the children with half an eye. And if you also come across a wild child whose mother is happy, how he beats the children nearby and does not let them play, and the animator sits like a silent stump...the overall impression is nothing at all.
