The horror is complete! A bunch of Pakistanis and Arabs, the interior is collective farm, the rooms are dirty, the service is zero. It really spoiled the nerves, impressions and mood from the first day in Dubai. It's good that I didn't leave an advance payment and completely refused to book this dump!!!

The loconic "male" interior.
Not a friendly breakfast waitress. At the reception they speak quickly and do not try to meet the client. We arrived at 5.00 on the plane, they did not feed us, they did not warn us that we would not be fed breakfast either, and until 15.00 we were hungry and slept off in the lobby sitting with luggage, next to the bar, where the waiters "hammered" cupboards, coffee machine, etc. We were literally abandoned... The hotel is not for photos. Beautiful and pleasant small pool on the roof. Sauna for women 4 hours a day from 10.00, which is also not convenient. There is no balcony in the room either. The food is good without frills. Scrambled eggs, oatmeal, beans, medium-quality sausages, juice, tea.

IN NO CASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN!!!
The "hotel" is objectively terrible. Completely does not match the photo and description.
A few specific comments:
1. Cockroaches in the room. And huge and in large numbers.
2. Plumbing, furniture - everything is old, falling apart, hence the cockroaches.
3. In a room for 4 people, there was 1 bed and 1 sofa bed, which did not unfold. Asked 10 times at the reception to put 1 extra. the bed - they constantly promised that they would do it. In fact, they simply ignored the request. I had to buy a mattress and bed linen from a local market and sleep on the floor with the 2nd person.
4. In a room for 4 people, there were 2 towels. One big and one small. Repeatedly asked to add 2 more towels - again ignore. I had to buy towels in a nearby store.
5. The staff is terrible. They smile in the face and say that they will fix the problem. In fact - total disregard.
P.S. Deception and not total non-compliance. The rating of 7 that is on the booking is due to reviews that were written 5-10 years ago. Put the filter "recent reviews" and you will see that all recent reviews are 1-2 points. The "hotel" is stuck in the 2000s and is not able to provide up-to-date service.
PS 2. The staff at the reception are simply terrible. I have not seen this anywhere, in any country in the world. Shocked by this non-compliance. Fire me!
