We went to the Sema kindergarten for the 2023-2024 academic year. From the good, they are wonderful educators who treat children very well. The child ran to the garden with pleasure. But unfortunately, not all teachers stayed for a long time, this is upsetting, because children get used to people and each new person is a great stress for them. One of the things I didn't like was the low level of preparation for the holidays due to the fact that all the matinees were prepared 2-3 weeks before the event. Of course, the children tried their best, but in such a short time it is simply impossible to rehearse everything well. Even the graduation for the senior group was only three weeks in preparation, such a serious event, and such a not serious preparation. Also in the garden there is a very small area for walking, in the spring the playground was renovated and the children did not go out for a walk at all, they sat indoors. Regarding nutrition, there is a cook in the garden, at the request of parents, they sent photos of food that children are given during the day, but the reality did not always coincide with the photo. I showed the child a photo of food, the child says, they didn't give us that. In general, they gave few vegetables and fruits, one banana is divided into the whole group. According to the child, there were cookies or waffles bitten by other children for an afternoon snack. The kindergarten promised to take the children on excursions, but they did not organize any excursions for us during the year.

My daughter has been attending kindergarten since 1.7. First we went to the first branch, now to the new one. It's closer to Kiev geographically. I like absolutely everything! Tutors, food, accommodation and approach to children) I especially like that there are a lot of classes. After practicing logorhythmics with a speech therapist, the child began to speak and began to speak in phrases. He comes to kindergarten with pleasure and does not want to leave at all❤️ I would like to thank everyone who is related to our kindergarten!)

We came to Sema kindergarten in August 2023 and at first we were delighted. The children went to the senior and junior groups. The first "bells" that should have told us that something was wrong were the departure of the most beloved teachers with the same wording "ill". After that, these teachers appeared in other schools alive and well, fortunately. When both teachers changed in the younger group in a week, and the parents were not even warned, the younger one began to refuse to go to kindergarten, with tantrums.
The headmistress answered the question about the abrupt change of teachers in the style of "we know better." By this point, it had accumulated: the children came hungry from the garden, the baby had a full diaper regularly, the lawn finally came down on the walking area (stone courtyard) and dirt remained, the older children were never taken out on any promised excursion, but they taught a song about the war, claiming that it was about peace, yeah)
Shockingly unpleasant things about hygiene have surfaced. When our group raised these issues, a scandal broke out with rudeness on the part of the headmistress and threats to involve lawyers. Camera recordings were never provided to us, photos of food were posted, but the deposit was not returned to us upon premature termination of the contract, they demanded a penalty and threatened with everything. The dialogue did not work out. Now the kindergarten is still receiving a license, as it was 4 months ago, and it is also threatening lawsuits for negative reviews. I recommend reading the contract carefully at the conclusion. If a penalty is prescribed for termination before the deadline, then the Armenian lawyer confirmed its illegality, however, we were still threatened with court.
