I bought custom-made white sneakers and winter boots at the store. The shoes look good, but the service is a problem, and the quality of execution leaves much to be desired. The first "bell" was with the shoes: they called to pick them up, and I came — the toe of one shoe was noticeably "squinting" to the right. I tell the consultant. He calls the master, who calmly answers: "Yes, I also noticed when they were in the warehouse." Apparently, the master's logic is simple: "and so it will do, the client will not notice, so let him walk like that." Why didn't you fix it right away is a rhetorical question. I left my shoes, the master fixed them later, but the sediment, as they say, remained. The second episode — I decided to replace the yellowed sole on my sneakers. I handed the pair over to the workshop: apart from the sole, there were only minor scuffs on the sneakers, which I painted over myself and knew about them in detail. When I came to pick it up, I found: There is a torn piece of skin on the tongue, and a deep scratch on the sock. I ask where they came from. The consultant claims that I brought them "in this form." For me, the main defect was the sole, not the torn tongue! I left the sneakers again, and got the answer: "These are old injuries, we have nothing to do with them." They refused to fix it. He did not pick up the damaged pair: it is easier to buy new ones than to walk in shoes with such defects. I advise you to check their shoes ten times and record the condition of the photo / video immediately upon receipt and delivery. Good materials won't save you if the craftsmen mess up and then shift the responsibility onto the client. My mistake was to trust and not commit. I won't take that risk anymore, and I don't advise you to either.
