This is the rating I give to this particular store. I love this brand, I am a regular customer, but most of the time it turned out that I buy things in stores in Brest when I go there to visit and there are no complaints at all. Today 08/08/2025 I was in this store and the attitude of the consultants is just as repulsive as possible: I went into the store, showed the consultant a photo of the skirt from the application, asked where it was hanging, she flipped through my phone and showed what it says, that it is not there and said "you can look here right away, not ask"? At that moment, I already wanted to give up everything and not measure anything. But I stayed and started looking for more skirts in the store, and when I couldn't find them, I had to contact the same consultant again, and she wore these skirts to me with an incredibly sour face. I am very glad that I have known the brand for a long time and it will not affect my love, but if this was my first visit to this brand, I would not come back here. The consultant is still the face of the brand and should behave in a more friendly way.

Dear girls! Never buy clothes in this network, because in this place the consumer is not respected, and they are not ready to take responsibility for low-quality goods. I bought trousers in this store on April 25. In the middle of May, when it got warmer, I was able to wear them. In total, the item has survived 3 socks and 2 washes. After that, I saw something I hadn't expected in any way: the trousers began to disperse along all the side seams, holes appeared in these places. I have never seen such a disgusting quality of goods even at dawn.… And things here are much more expensive! In addition, on their website they position themselves as a company that makes clothes of (quote) "European quality". The quality is obviously cheap in China. I hoped that after what I saw, the store would refund my money for this rag, but instead they sent me a response with a template quality certificate, where they once again praised themselves and blamed the incident on improper care of clothes. To be honest, if the thing is of high quality, it will not come apart at the seams after 2-3 washes. Blow a few times before buying, it's better to go to the trend park. He's nearby, but the things there are a level higher.
